Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Events Manager to join our team. The Sales and Events Manager will be responsible for driving sales and managing events within our restaurants and event space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, and customer service, with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive event bookings and revenue growth.
– Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate events,
private parties, charity events, and other special occasions.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
– Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of
events, including menu planning, staffing, and logistics.
– Conduct site tours and meetings with prospective clients to showcase event spaces and
discuss their needs.
– Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and event orders to clients.
– Manage event inquiries, including responding to emails, phone calls, and online
inquiries in a timely manner.
– Oversee onsite coordination to ensure client satisfaction.
– Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by management.
– Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify
opportunities for growth.

Candidate Profile;

– Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar
role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close
deals.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
– Existing network of corporate contacts would be beneficial.
– Knowledge of local market trends and contacts within the events industry is a plus.
