A niche and successful Dental Fit Out business are looking for their next Scheduling Service Support Executive to sit within the Service Operations Team! This brand is very forward thinking with the high-tech facilities, equipment, and solutions to offer the NHS, Dental Practises and Private Clients. They are one of the market leaders when it comes to fitting out a Dental Practise with the best equipment, furniture, and service. They are after a Customer Service Support Executive paying £25k-£30k Location: NUTHAMPSTEAD/ROYSTON

What will you be doing?

As a Scheduling Coordinator your duties will include;

Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, web chat or from other communication platforms to support team members where required.
Scheduling the engineers and being reactive on last minute changes.
Raising / checking the necessary work reports from the engineers.
Raising invoices and support tickets
Providing quotations
Liaising with internal departments and updating the system accordingly.
You will be working with the Engineers!
