Role Overview:
My client is looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive, who will be pivotal in the growth and development as a leading cycling travel company. The role is currently office-based 4 days a week, 1 day wfh. Salary £28K-£30K + Bonus.

Career Growth:
With expansive 2024 growth plans, this role offers opportunities for progression into a management position, leading a team of up to three customer service agents.

You Must Have:
– Previous phone-based customer service experience in a KPI-driven Contact Centre.
– Team leader experience is desirable.
– Proficient in using customer service ticketing systems/CRM.
– Essential knowledge/interest in cycling due to the specialisation in cycling holidays.
– Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Previous experience in the travel industry preferred.
– Previous telephone-based Customer Services experience.
– IT literate with knowledge of Google applications.

– Manage post-sales booking support, with a focus on post-sales bookings.
– Handle post-sales inquiries, booking hotels, bikes, and transfers, and liaise with suppliers.
– Manage post-sales amendments and booking changes.
– Distribute customer service tickets to the team, resolve frontline issues, and ensure booking elements are confirmed.
-Uphold brand values by delivering exceptional service and encouraging customer loyalty.

– 22 days holiday pa (increasing to 25 after a 3-month probation).
– Familiarisation trips to UK, Europe, and other destinations.
