THE COMPANY
My client is a supplier of quality kitchens for trade and retail customers with an excellent reputation for quality and service. They are looking for a Branch Manager for their Penrith branch.

THE ROLE
Managing and motivating a small team
Building relationships with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
Driving business with both new and existing customers.
Ensuring high margins achieved on all products sold.
To provide a liaison role between the branch and senior management team.

KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills in a trade, sales or retail environment
Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long term relationships with customers
Experience in selling kitchens is not essential as full training will be given
