Stock Adjustment Assistant wanted for a fast paced wholesale brand
Location: Slough
Salary: £28-35k + bonus

Job responsibilities:
*Helping with raising Purchase orders in the system (Sage 50/Sage200).
*Communicate and liaise with the Suppliers/Logistic Companies
*Assist with the checking documents against purchase orders.
*Assist with organising and filing information in paper and digital form.
*Assist with maintaining product records in Sage.
*Assist with Stock Transfer/Stock Adjustments/Stock Entries, ensuring that goods received
correspond with the appropriate documentation.
*Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
*Dealing with general requests from a salespeople, directors, management.
*Assist with data input/ data check.
Required Skills
*Good Excel knowledge (to be able to use the formulas, create a spreadsheet, use filters)
*Sage 50 / Sage 200 Accounts
*Outlook
*Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat (PDF format)
*Strong verbal and written language skills
*Strong organizational skills
*Ability to work on tight deadlines.
*Verbal communication skills
*Telephone manner
*Ability to work well in a team.
*Attention to details.
*Positive attitude
