This Coffee Shop Store Manager opportunity is based in the Chesham/Beaconsfield area working for a global brand, providing an excellent platform for you to lead your team and be successful. Experience in coffee shop environments is ideal although not essential. Hospitality Management experience is a must. Progression opportunities come in the shape of multi-site management and possible area manager roles.

Duties/Responsibilities

-You will be the face of the operation – you can shape the site in your image and lead your team to success in the way you choose. You can do this by:

– Being a fantastic leader through engagement and inspiration of your team.
– Leading from the front, leading by example and demonstrating a hands on approach.
– Displaying a passion, energy and focus towards customer service.
– Coaching and instructing your team to maximize performance ensuring all performance targets are achievable.
– Training your team to the highest standards, empowering and providing the necessary tools for them to achieve their personal goals.
– Celebrating success with your team. Building rapport and keeping them involved.
– KPI Control – developing strategies to achieve targets.
– Ensuring you plan the right people in the right place at the right time through accurate and intelligent scheduling.
– Ensuring your team are sufficiently capable of running your site in your absence where the standards do not drop.
– Supporting the wider community. Raising the profile and reputation of your site, your team and yourself.
– Being creative and thinking outside the box – ways to entice and keep customers coming back!
