Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs (Sales, SPH, ATV, EBITDA)
Ensure the highest level of customer service
Enhance employee engagement and retention
Optimize productivity and service measures
Requirements:

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
