Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a Tool Hire Assistant to work in a professional trade/ distribution environment for this distributor of construction products.

As a Tool Hire Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service and building strong relationships with customers in the area both over the phone and face-to-face. You will be part of a team, ensuring basic repairs are carried out, processing orders and arranging deliveries and collection of equipment whilst keeping customers updated.

The right candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Passion for delivering great customer service
Ability to drive sales in the branch
Exceptional communication skills
A capacity to learn new products.
Tool Hire experience not important as full product training will be given
Driving licence essential
