We are looking for our next leader to shape, train, develop and support a new division within this brand. This business is a construction training brand & they give you such a great set up to earn a fantastic OTE! The business offers special Grant Cardone sales training to bring out the best in you. They offer a high OTE & all the leads are provided for you to sell as a Manager, then earn from your sales team also. We are after a Player Manager, £60k-£70k OTE Uncapped.

Are you looking to take a step up from Senior Sales to management… this is a rare opportunity, we are looking for you too!

*We are looking for closers! People who don’t enjoy the Lead Generation side of sales and just want to build a rapport and to close sales

*You will be speaking to construction company owners and offering them a chance to attend a training course with a view to enrol in the life changing course online.

*This is high ticket sales – you will be selling and managing a team you will recruit

There is NO working from home, you will be in the office Monday-Friday – due to the nature of the growth of the business & everyone prefers to be together! The business is growing however for the Sales Manager (You) there may be some flexibility after you have learnt the business.

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities

*Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with business goals, market trends, and client needs.

*Sales Excellence: Lead by example, consistently delivering outstanding sales results and setting the standard for performance within the team.

*Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

*Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, fostering a culture of ambition, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

*Business Growth: Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand the company’s reach within the construction sector, leveraging deep industry knowledge.

*Performance Management: Implement structured processes to track and enhance individual and team performance, ensuring consistent high achievement.

*Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

· 5+ years of direct sales experience with a strong record of high performance.
· A relentless, results-driven mindset – you don’t take no for an answer.
· Confidence and charisma – you can sell with conviction and passion.
· Exceptional communication & negotiation skills – able to turn objections into opportunities.
· A hunger to win – you’re competitive, ambitious, and motivated by high earnings.
If you come from a Sales Training background that would be advantageous but open to background
