Our Client is one of the best known brands in the Hospitality/ Leisure field in Europe.
With the end of lockdown in sight, they are moving forward with ambitious plans to move their business forward.
Based in their smart Head Office in West London, they are now looking for an experienced HRBP fora role that will look after their sites in Southern England.
You must be a commercially aware HRBP, with strong ER , and recruitment processes experience , who is prepared to help achieve the smoother running of their sites via HR strategy.
Work in partnership with the territory Operations team to create a high performing culture.
Drive management capability within all sites to ensure they take full accountability for the effective management of their teams.
Drive HR operational excellence across designated business areas, is the first point of contact for business issues that arise with HR implications and ensures all business issues are effectively dealt with, keeping key stakeholders informed and escalating to the Territory Head of HR as required.
Identifies route cause of HR related issues and puts in place robust solutions to effectively address them..
Proactively creates Area people plans to deliver highly motivated, engaged and aligned teams that deliver the business requirements.
As well of having experience of the above you will be a hands on leader who is not afraid of getting stuck in to the admin but is also able to operate at a strategic level.
Knowledge & Experience Required
Within a fast moving, multi-site customer facing business:
*Commercial understanding of how a successful multi site business operates and its key drivers.
*Experience in a senior HR generalist Business Partner role with responsibility for multiple operational business areas.
*Generalist HR knowledge and experience in all key HR disciplines (e.g Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training, Management development, succession planning, Recruitment, Reward, recognition, policy and procedures.)
*Proven ability to consistently deliver within a fast moving and highly pressurised environment.
*Creating a high performance culture with engaged and motivated people in an environment that is highly focussed on cost control.
*Clear understanding of how HR can deliver business value, with outstanding track record of achieving tangible commercial results.
*Proven experience in successfully managing and implementing change.
*Created and implemented people plans that have successfully improved employee engagement and performance.
*Has used people metrics to deliver measurable business improvement.
This is initially a contract role but may go permanent.
