Sales Coordinator – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Boldon | £25,650 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you a confident organiser with a passion for customer service? We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our friendly team in Boldon on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

In this fast-paced and varied role, you’ll be the vital link between our customers, engineers, and operations teams – keeping everything on track from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:
Managing hire contracts, ensuring equipment is delivered, collected, or exchanged on time
Supporting the customer service and repair teams to drive revenue and satisfaction
Coordinating with engineers to arrange servicing and repairs
Assisting with logistics planning alongside our Operations Managers

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Shift options: 07:30-16:30 or 08:00-17:00

What you’ll bring:
Great organisation and communication skills
Previous experience in administration and customer service
