Account Director | £60,000-£65,000 + Bonus | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Location: Greater London / Home Counties
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Director to join a dynamic and fast-paced creative environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in promotional merchandise, branded marketing, or creative campaign management, who thrives in a client-facing, solutions-led position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage key client relationships, delivering innovative promotional merchandise solutions
* Oversee project delivery from concept through to completion across multiple channels
* Work cross-functionally with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure brand consistency
* Develop account growth strategies, identify upsell opportunities, and drive client satisfaction
* Manage budgets, deadlines, and internal resources, ensuring all projects meet expectations
* Provide exceptional service and act as a trusted advisor to clients
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager.
* Strong track record in managing complex client accounts and delivering successful campaigns
* Excellent communication and commercial skills with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
* Confident managing multiple projects and leading internal teams
* Comfortable with a hybrid working pattern (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
