We’re Hiring: Account Director | £60,000-£65,000 + 5% Bonus | Hybrid (London-Based) 🚀

Are you a dynamic, client-focused Account Director ready to lead a portfolio of major brands and drive new opportunities? We’re a fast-growing agency within the branded marketing solutions space, and we’re looking for an experienced Account Director to help shape the future of our client services team.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of seven established, high-value accounts, acting as the senior client lead and strategic partner. In addition to nurturing and growing these relationships, you’ll dedicate approximately 25% of your time to new business development-spotting opportunities, supporting pitches, and helping us expand our footprint.

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of working from home with regular collaboration days at our vibrant London office.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client relationships across a portfolio of high-profile accounts

Oversee end-to-end delivery of creative campaigns and branded solutions

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new sectors

Contribute to and lead new business pitches

Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations

Work closely with internal teams-creative, production, logistics-to ensure excellence in execution

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

About You

Proven experience in a senior account management or client services role

Background in advertising, marketing, or brand-led environments

Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing large-scale clients

Experience with campaign strategy, client presentations, and problem-solving

Driven, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple projects

Familiar with fast-turnaround environments and product-driven campaigns
