Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Asset Manager to oversee a £800m+ national commercial property portfolio. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage day-to-day operations while also driving strategic asset growth and identifying new acquisition opportunities.

The Role:
– Office based, located in North London
– Hours 9am-5.30pm
– Salary £50k-£60k

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage leases, tenancy schedules, rent reviews, and lease renewals to maximise value
– Oversee property inspections, maintenance, and refurbishment projects
– Liaise with agents, surveyors, solicitors, contractors, and brokers
– Support service charge budgets, financial reporting, and insurance portfolio management
– Contribute to strategic asset planning and acquisitions

About You:
– Experience in commercial property management or similar, with strong knowledge of lease events and rent reviews
– Understanding of Landlord & Tenant Act and property management accounting
– Proactive, organised, and confident working independently and as part of a team
– Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
– RICS qualified (Desirable)
– Full UK driving licence (Desirable)
